We discuss what you can manage independently, where support would help, and how care can fit with your home life. With your agreement, we can involve family members or representatives in planning your support.

What support can include

Subject to assessment and an agreed care plan, support may include personal care, preparing meals, help with daily routines, companionship and community activities. We also welcome overnight and live-in care enquiries and will discuss suitability and staffing availability.

Starting or changing a care arrangement

You can contact us if you are considering care for the first time or need to discuss a change to existing support. We will explain the next steps, suitable options and costs before care starts.
